A Glimpse of What Might Be

Since Tom Hiddleston is the winner of the role of Sir Percy... (and well deserved the role is, I might add)... I thought it appropriate to give you all a little taste of how well he fits the part.  Sure, Shakespeare and Orczy aren't exactly on the same level, but this monologue from Henry V is TOTALLY worthy of "Into the Fire."  What think you all?

Okay, so I like that actor (who am I kidding, he pretty much IS my *favorite* actor)! I've seen him in four movies (Thor, Avengers, Return to Cranford, and War Horse) but THAT.......O.O......THAT was GOOD!! He *really* gets into it doesn't he?!?! Hee! He would make a perfect Sir Percy, in my opinion! :D

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I've never seen him in anything before but that. Was. TERRIFIC. I agree, I think he'll make a very good Sir Percy.

Oh, and BTW, I love Shakespeare so this was a real treat!

Two seconds of seeing the vid and I was like,

Um. He's a perfect Percy.

The end.

Can anyone say "Into the Fire?" I think we've finally found someone who can pick up the torch from our beloved AA and carry on the legacy.

Now film peoples...take note, K?

Watched this yesterday... he is amazing. I just want to hug him and thank him for being alive. He would make the PERFECT Sir Percy! We need to start contacting some filmmakers...

Thank you, Amy. Where. are. the. film. makers. ???????

(You know, if we did find out they were making a new TSP, and they were casting TH as Sir Percy...what would we do? Like, would we scream? Faint? Run around the house quoting? and singing "Into the Fire" at the top of our lungs?)

Awwww--he did a great job! I loved how boyishly pleased he looked at the end, and how passionate he was all through... :)

I just stumbled upon this blog, and can I just say YES. After I saw Tom Hiddleston's performance in War Horse, I couldn't think of a better actor to portray Sir Percy.
